David Winter
David S. Winter is co-Chief Executive Officer of Standard Industries, a privately-held, global industrial business.
With over 20,000 employees and operations in more than 80 countries, Standard Industries’ businesses span a broad array of holdings, technologies and investments—including both public and private companies from early to late-stage—as well as world-class building solutions, performance materials, logistics, real estate and next-generation solar technology. Its operating companies include GAF, BMI, Grace, GAF Energy, Siplast, SGI, Schiedel, and Standard Logistics, as well as Standard Investments and Winter Properties.
Mr. Winter is involved in various civic and charitable endeavors, including serving on the Board of Directors of Conservation International and on the Board of Trustees for The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Carnegie Hall. He is also a Trustee of the New York City Police Foundation and on the Board of Directors of the Partnership for New York City. Mr. Winter is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and resides in New York City with his four children.

Mr. Millstone is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School and currently serves on the University Council at Yale and the Board of Advisors of the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance. With his wife, Jennifer, he is active in supporting a number of civic organizations, including the Partnership for Public Service, the 92nd Street Y, the Fortune Society and the Bard Prison Initiative.

Rick Singer
Mr. Singer is President of Winter Properties and has more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, private equity and securities investments, and investment banking – having been involved in more than $50 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Ethan Leidinger
Mr. Leidinger is involved with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Standard Investments. Before joining Standard, Mr. Leidinger was the Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at Woodbine Capital Advisors, Director of Investor Relations at Select Equity Group, and a Vice President in the Alternative Capital Markets Group at Goldman Sachs. Prior to business school, Mr. Leidinger was the US Product Manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Quantitative Strategies Group. Mr. Leidinger earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

Scott Milsom
Mr. Milsom leads the development and construction effort for 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Milsom led the re-development of Industry City in Sunset Park Brooklyn, a 6-million square foot complex, for Jamestown, Angelo Gordon and Belvedere Capital. Previously, Mr. Milsom was Vice President of Development at Vornado Realty Trust.

Tunde Reddy
Ms. Reddy oversees all financial matters at Standard Investments. Before joining Standard, Ms. Reddy was a Managing Director and Head of GSAM Fund Controllers for the Americas at Goldman Sachs, Managing Director and Head of Fund and Portfolio Administration for the Americas at JP Morgan, and Manager and Lead Controller for Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Fund Group. She started her career in the Financial Services Audit and Business Advisory Group at Andersen Worldwide.

Howard Zauderer
Mr. Zauderer is responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Zauderer was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Longacre Fund Management. Prior to Longacre, Mr. Zauderer was the General Counsel of Olympus America. After graduating from law school, Mr. Zauderer began his career as a Corporate Associate at both Dewey Ballantine and Morgan, Lewis and Bockius.
