Maggie has more than 20 years of global recruitment and executive search experience with IBM and Time Warner Inc. At IBM, she served as Corporate Vice President, Global Executive Search Practice, overseeing the design and launch of a new internal search practice. At Time Warner, she served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Recruitment & Executive Search, managing the strategic direction of all global recruitment efforts.
