    David Millstone is co-Chief Executive Officer of Standard Industries, a privately-held, global industrial business. Standard Industries offers world class solutions that enable the people who depend on them to focus on what matters most in their daily lives, succeeding by investing in extraordinary talent and taking a long-term approach to building businesses. Its companies are leaders in delivering product excellence, exceptional customer experiences and market innovation.     Director of Operations, 40 North

    Mr. Bonnici oversees hedge fund related operations and manages the due diligence for third party fund investments. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Bonnici was an Operations Analyst and Trader at Yorkville Advisors. Previously he worked for JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services on their Purchases and Sales desk. Michael graduated from the University of Tampa Honors Program with a BS in Finance.

    Ms. Dick oversees all aspects of the tax department at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Arlene was a member of the GE tax organization where she held leadership positions across various GE businesses.

  • Rachel Engelstein

    Rachel Engelstein

    Chief Litigation & Compliance Counsel, Standard Industries

    Ms. Engelstein is responsible for all litigation, major claims and investigations for the various operating entities of Standard Industries. She also oversees the compliance organization across the enterprise with a particular focus on data privacy and security, anti-trust and anti-bribery, environmental compliance and remediation. She manages a team of attorneys who assist with these matters. Rachel has been with Standard and its affiliates since 2012.

    Mr. Fan is a Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Mr. Fan was an Associate at Apax Partners in the Technology & Telecom team. Prior to joining Apax, Mr. Fan was an Analyst at the Blackstone Group. Prior to joining the Blackstone Group, Mr. Fan was an Analyst at Credit Suisse, where he worked in the Financial Sponsors Group in the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Fan earned his BS in Finance and Accounting from the New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

    Louis Feldman

    Chief Tax Counsel, Standard Industries

    Mr. Feldman oversees all tax-related legal issues for Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Mr. Feldman was a Managing Director in Structured Capital Markets at Barclays Capital. Previously, Mr. Feldman was a Managing Director in Credit Suisse’s North American Structuring Group. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Feldman was a Vice President at Zurich Capital Markets. Mr. Feldman began his professional legal career as an Associate Attorney in the Tax Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

    Steve Fisch

    Industrials Sector Head, 40 North

    Mr. Fisch is responsible for idea generation and due diligence with regard to industrial portfolio positions at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Fisch was Director of US Research at Atlantic Investment Management. Previously, Mr. Fisch was a portfolio manager at Sigma Capital & HBK and an Analyst in the Investment Banking and FICC Divisions of Goldman Sachs.

    Sean Fletcher

    Head Trader, 40 North

    Mr. Fletcher oversees the execution desk and trading operations at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Fletcher worked for TPG-Axon, first as Head Trader for Axon Financial and then as Head Trader for TPG-Axon Capital, where he was part of a 30-person investment team and ran the trading desk. Prior to his time at TPG-Axon, Mr. Fletcher worked at Regents Park Capital. Prior to that, Mr. Fletcher worked for Arbor Research & Trading. Mr. Fletcher started his career in fixed income trading for McDonald Investments/Keybanc Capital Markets.

    Treasurer, Standard Industries

    Mr. Gianukakis oversees the corporate treasury function including capital structure, operations and insurance at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Mr. Gianukakis was the Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Frontier Communications. Previously, Mr. Gianukakis was a Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Castleton Commodities International. Prior to Castleton, Mr. Gianukakis held various executive financial positions at International Business Machines.

    Nicole Manning Hart

    Chief Labor and Employment Counsel, Standard Industries

    Ms. Hart is responsible for providing proactive employment and labor law solutions for a global workforce. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, Ms. Hart provides advice and counsel to the Global CHRO, as well as Human Resources executives at each of Standard’s affiliates, ensuring the coordination of employment law services for Standard’s expanding global footprint. Ms. Hart has been with Standard, and its affiliates, since 2012.

    Vice President, Corporate Controller, Standard Industries

    Mr. Helm is responsible for the financial reporting and accounting function at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard Industries, Mr. Helm held several leadership roles in the Finance organization at National Grid.  Mr. Helm is a CPA and earned his BA in Accounting and Finance from Towson University.

    Elizabeth Hioe

    Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Standard Industries

    Ms. Hioe oversees all aspects of our human capital strategy, including recruiting, managing, developing, retaining and engaging talent. Prior to joining Standard, Ms. Hioe was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and was a leader in the firm’s Global Organization Practice, advising clients across industries on topics related to talent strategy, organization design and change management. She earned her MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rice University.

    Mike Kiik

    Head of Manufacturing Technology, Standard Industries

    Mr. Kiik is responsible for all Manufacturing Technology across Standard’s businesses worldwide. Prior to this, he most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at GAF. He started his career in the building materials industry in 1967 at the Rubberoid Company, which was subsequently purchased by GAF, and then later worked at Elk Corporation, which was also purchased in 2007. Mr. Kiik holds more than 40 patents, and is active in several industry associations.

    Ethan Leidinger

    Chief Operating Officer, 40 North

    Mr. Leidinger is involved with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Leidinger was the Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at Woodbine Capital Advisors. Prior to Woodbine, he was the Director of Investor Relations at Select Equity Group. Previously, Mr. Leidinger was a Vice President in the Alternative Capital Markets Group at Goldman Sachs. Prior to business school, Mr. Leidinger was the US Product Manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Quantitative Strategies Group. Mr. Leidinger earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

    Mr. Liu is an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Mr. Liu was a Senior Analyst at Citigroup, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Liu earned his A.B. cum laude in Economics from Harvard University.

    Michael Marinello

    Global Head of Communications, Standard Industries

    Mr. Marinello is the Global Head of Communications at Standard Industries, developing Standard’s communications strategy and executive messaging. He oversees all internal and external communications functions at the company and across the operating companies, and serves as the primary spokesperson. Michael has more than 20 years of strategic communications experience from Turner Broadcasting, Bloomberg LP and Microsoft, as well as significant experience working with CEOs, C-suite executives and government leaders. At Turner, he was Senior Vice President, Strategic Communications, overseeing corporate communications, public affairs, partnerships, marketing, media relations and executive communications. At Bloomberg, Michael was the head of global communications and developed a cross-platform positioning and reputation subsidiary for the Technology, Innovation and Design division.

    Mr. Marturano is responsible for idea generation and due diligence with regard to technology portfolio positions at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Marturano was a Managing Director at Fox Point Capital. Previously, Mr. Marturano was an Associate at TA Associates. Prior to TA Associates, Mr. Marturano was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

    Clayton McGratty

    Vice President of Communications, Standard Industries

    Mr. McGratty is responsible for external communications and media relations, and provides executive communications support to senior management at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Mr. McGratty was Director and Head of Corporate and U.S. Communications at Tradeweb Markets. He previously held communications roles at Makovsky, Intermarket Communications and MWWPR. He holds a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications Studies from the University of Richmond, where he also serves on the board of the alumni association.

  • Amy Todd Middleton

    Amy Todd Middleton

    Head of External Affairs, Standard Industries

    Ms. Middleton is the Head of External Affairs at Standard Industries, overseeing all public relations, philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, events and brand partnerships. She is a transformational marketing and communications leader who has more than 25 years of experience in senior marketing communications roles. She brings extensive expertise in leading global strategies, brand positioning, team building and digital development. During her 19 years at Sotheby's, and as their Global Director of Strategic Marketing, she developed and led client-centered rebranding initiatives and digital transformation. Amy also serves as a trustee at Denison University. She is a member of the Patron’s Council and Board of Governors at New York Botanical Garden, Board of Trustees at The Sylvia Center, and Board of Directors at Pelham Arts Center. She holds a B.A. in History from Denison University and resides with her family in NY.

    Director of Development & Operations, Winter Properties

    Mr. Milsom leads the development effort and oversees building operations for Winter Properties. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Milsom led the re-development of Industry City in Sunset Park Brooklyn, a 6-million square foot complex, for Jamestown, Angelo Gordon and Belvedere Capital. Previously, Mr. Milsom was Vice President of Development at Vornado Realty Trust.

  • Dick Nowak

    Dick Nowak

    Chief Operating Officer, Standard Industries

    Mr. Nowak oversees all operations at Standard and its operating companies, serves on Standard’s Executive Committee, and advises the firm on all matters related to the operating companies and future M&A activities. Prior to this, Dick served as GAF’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for many of the operational innovations that have defined the roofing industry. Dick also served as President and CEO of Elk Corporation and Elk Building Products.

    Ms. Peterson is a Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Ms. Peterson was a Senior Associate at Pulse Equity Partners. Prior to joining Pulse, Ms. Peterson was an Analyst at JP Morgan, where she worked in the Real Estate & Lodging Group in the Investment Banking Division. Ms. Peterson earned her BS magna cum laude in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University

    General Counsel, Standard Industries

    Mr. Pollack is responsible for all aspects of legal affairs at Standard Industries. He has been with Standard and its affiliates since 2003, serving in a variety of senior roles. As global General Counsel, Mr. Pollack advises and consults on strategic initiatives and transactions, regulatory and compliance matters and significant litigations. He oversees a legal team of subject matter experts who sit in offices around the world.

    Associate Director of Operations, Winter Properties

    Ms. Ramos is Associate Director of Operations at Winter Properties. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Ms. Ramos was the Controller for the NYL portfolio, she also managed individual assets and portfolios at JLL and CBRE. Ms. Ramos received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Jones College in Jacksonville Florida. She earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI), carries a current New York State Real Estate Salesperson license, is an accredited Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Operations and Maintenance of existing buildings (LEED AP O+M) and is a NYS Licensed Notary Public.

    Mr. Rebele oversees all financial matters at Standard Industries. Mr. Rebele has more than 40 years of experience at Standard, serving in a number of senior leadership roles. Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Standard, Mr. Rebele was Chief Financial Officer of GAF, Standard’s North American roofing business.

    Ms. Reddy oversees all financial matters at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Ms. Reddy was a Managing Director and Head of GSAM Fund Controllers for the Americas at Goldman Sachs. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she was a Managing Director and Head of Fund and Portfolio Administration for the Americas at JP Morgan. Previously, Ms. Reddy spent time as a Manager and Lead Controller for Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Fund Group. She started her career in the Financial Services Audit and Business Advisory Group at Andersen Worldwide.

    Head of M&A, Standard Industries

    Ms. Reiland oversees Mergers & Acquisitions at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Ms. Reiland was a Partner at Evercore Partners where she served in a number of leadership roles. Most recently, Ms. Reiland was Senior Managing Director and Head of International Joint Ventures Asia at Evercore. Previously, Ms. Reiland was Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Asset Management at Evercore. Earlier in her career, Ms. Reiland was a consultant with Bain and buyside analyst with Sanford Bernstein.

  • Rich Robinson

    Rich Robinson

    Chief Technology Officer, Standard Industries

    Mr. Robinson is responsible for Standard Industries’ technology strategy addressing business challenges, requirements and needs. He also oversees global IT functions and the overall strategic technology roadmap for Standard’s operating companies. Before joining Standard, Rich served as CTO for CSDC Systems. He is an active advisor in the Austin Tech Community and holds a seat on the Board of Directors for Beneplace. Rich served as an Army Communication Officer in the U.S. Army for five years on active duty, and three years of reserve duty.

  • Abdallah Simaika

    Abdallah Simaika

    Chief M&A Counsel, Standard Industries

    Mr. Simaika is responsible for advising on the legal aspects of Standard Industries’ mergers and acquisitions activity. Prior to joining Standard Industries, Mr. Simaika was the Head of M&A and International Business Development at Rally Health, Inc., a subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare. He was previously Vice President, in charge of M&A and private equity, for the legal department at Mubadala Development Company, a sovereign wealth fund in the UAE. Mr. Simaika began his legal career at Cleary Gottlieb in New York and Paris. He earned a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in economics and international relations from Tufts University, and Sciences-Po in Paris. After graduating from Tufts, Mr. Simaika was a Fulbright Scholar in economics and exchange rate policy.

    Ms. Solomon is responsible for overseeing Human Resources at 40 North and Winter Properties, including recruiting, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Prior to joining 40 North and Winter Properties, Ms. Solomon was Head of Human Capital Operations at Geller & Company. Previously, Ms. Solomon worked at the International Securities Exchange, where most recently she was the Human Resources Director. Ms. Solomon held prior roles with Prudential Securities, Banc of America Securities, and began her career at Bear Stearns.

    Chief of Staff, Standard Industries

    Mr. South is Chief of Staff to the Co-CEOs at Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard, Hamilton founded HL Group, a consulting firm with offices in New York City and Los Angeles. He also served as a Strategic Advisor to Fireman Capital Partners for 15 years. Previously, he was the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Ralph Lauren. Hamilton began his career in publishing and was the Editor at Large at Vanity Fair. He has also served on the boards of several companies both public and private.

  • Jay Stark

    Jay Stark

    Chief Operating Officer, Winter Properties

    Mr. Stark is involved with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Winter Properties, including investment diligence, leasing, development, and legal negotiations. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Stark was a founding Principal of Latus Partners where he was responsible for various management aspects of the firm including deal execution and structuring related to investments, legal, and compliance. Prior to forming Latus, Mr. Stark worked in the Real Estate Investment Group of Ritchie Capital as a Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Ritchie Capital, Mr. Stark practiced law at Solomon and Weinberg LLP (now Greenberg Traurig LLP), where he later became a partner. Mr. Stark is currently a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.

    Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy, Standard Industries

    Mr. Tulchin is Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy at Standard Industries, focusing on M&A and corporate development opportunities across Standard's businesses. He previously served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Development at Gartner and, prior to that, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising senior management teams and private equity firms on strategic, operational and M&A related initiatives. Mr. Tulchin earned his MBA from Columbia University and his bachelor’s degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown.

    Mr. Yedidia is responsible for overseeing the finance function at Winter Properties. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Yedidia was employed by Fortress Investment Group, where he was Controller of Newcastle Investment Corp, a publically traded REIT. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Yedidia was Corporate Controller at Centerline Capital Group. Mr. Yedidia also held Finance and Accounting related positions with Cushman and Wakefield, Fundtech Ltd, and Ernst & Young LLP, having begun his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP.

    Mr. Zauderer is responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Zauderer was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Longacre Fund Management. Prior to Longacre, Mr. Zauderer was the General Counsel of Olympus America. After graduating from law school, Mr. Zauderer began his career as a Corporate Associate at both Dewey Ballantine and Morgan, Lewis and Bockius.

    Mr. Zhang is an Analyst at 40 North, where he focuses on public equity investments in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Zhang was an Analyst at Marble Arch Investments, a long-short equity hedge fund. Prior to Marble Arch Investments, Mr. Zhang was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group. Mr. Zhang earned his BA in Economics and Chinese from Williams College.
