David Millstone
David J. Millstone is co-Chief Executive Officer of Standard Industries, a privately-held, global industrial business.
With over 20,000 employees and operations in more than 80 countries, Standard Industries’ businesses span a broad array of holdings, technologies and investments—including both public and private companies from early to late-stage—as well as world-class building solutions, performance materials, real estate, logistics and next-generation solar technology. Its operating companies include GAF, BMI, Grace, GAF Energy, Siplast, SGI, Schiedel and Standard Logistics, as well as Standard Investments and Winter Properties.
Mr. Millstone is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School and currently serves on the University Council at Yale and the Board of Advisors of the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance. With his wife, Jennifer, he is active in supporting a number of civic organizations, including the Partnership for Public Service, the 92nd Street Y, the Fortune Society and the Bard Prison Initiative.
David Winter
David S. Winter is co-Chief Executive Officer of Standard Industries, a privately-held, global industrial business.

Mr. Winter is involved in various civic and charitable endeavors, including serving on the Board of Directors of Conservation International and on the Board of Trustees for The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Carnegie Hall. He is also a Trustee of the New York City Police Foundation and on the Board of Directors of the Partnership for New York City. Mr. Winter is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and resides in New York City with his four children.

Yaron Ben David
Mr. Ben David is responsible for Standard’s advanced technologies and next-horizon digital capabilities strategy and oversees Standard’s cybersecurity function. He joined Standard after 25 years in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he served in senior leadership positions for more than 15 years. Most recently, he was the Deputy Commander of Unit 8200 at the rank of Colonel. He graduated with honors from Tel Aviv University with two Bachelor’s Degrees, in both Middle Eastern Modern History and Laws. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University as well as a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.
Alexandra Burban
Ms. Burban serves as Head of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Standard Industries, overseeing all mergers and acquisitions activity and corporate development across all of Standard's businesses. Ms. Burban joined Standard from Evercore, where she was a Senior Managing Director, most recently serving as the Head of Asia Cross-Border Advisory globally. Previously, she held leadership positions in Investment Banking and Investment Management at Lehman Brothers and earned a BBA and BA at The University of Texas at Austin.
Diana Dragon
Elizabeth Hioe
Ms Hioe provides counsel and leadership on strategic initiatives across all of Standard's businesses. She oversees the Global Human Resources function and Standard's Internal Communications as well as Philanthropy and Special Events. Prior to joining Standard, Ms. Hioe was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and was a leader in the firm’s Global Organization Practice, advising clients across industries on topics related to talent strategy, organization design and change management. She earned her MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rice University.
Beth Kseniak
Beth Kseniak oversees external communications for Standard Industries. Prior to joining Standard in 2019, Ms. Kseniak served as Executive Director of Communications at Vanity Fair, where she was responsible for the magazine’s global communications strategy for 25 years. During her tenure with Vanity Fair, Beth served as chief spokesperson and editorial advisor for editor Graydon Carter and was responsible for the magazine’s communications and branding across print and digital as well as managing media coverage for all Vanity Fair events.
Richard Nowak
Mr. Nowak oversees all operations at Standard and its operating companies, serves on Standard’s Executive Committee, and advises the firm on all matters related to the operating companies and future M&A activities. Prior to this, Dick served as GAF’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for many of the operational innovations that have defined the roofing industry. Dick also served as President and CEO of Elk Corporation and Elk Building Products.
Jason Pollack
Mr. Pollack is responsible for all aspects of legal affairs at Standard Industries. He has been with Standard and its affiliates since 2003, serving in a variety of senior roles. As global General Counsel, Mr. Pollack advises and consults on strategic initiatives and transactions, regulatory and compliance matters and significant litigations. He oversees a legal team of subject matter experts who sit in offices around the world.
John Rebele
Mr. Rebele oversees all financial matters at Standard Industries. Mr. Rebele has more than 40 years of experience at Standard, serving in a number of senior leadership roles. Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Standard, Mr. Rebele was Chief Financial Officer of GAF, Standard’s North American roofing business.
Richard Robinson
Mr. Robinson is responsible for Standard Industries’ technology strategy addressing business challenges, requirements and needs. He also oversees global IT functions and the overall strategic technology roadmap for Standard’s operating companies. Before joining Standard, Rich served as CTO for CSDC Systems. He is an active advisor in the Austin Tech Community and holds a seat on the Board of Directors for Beneplace. Rich served as an Army Communication Officer in the U.S. Army for five years on active duty, and three years of reserve duty.
Hamilton South
Hamilton South serves as Chief of Staff at Standard Industries. Mr. South has over 30 years of operational, marketing and branding experience. Prior to joining Standard, Mr. South founded HL Group, a leading strategic marketing and communications firm, and served as CEO, supporting a global roster of clients. Prior to HL, Mr. South was the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Ralph Lauren and began his career in publishing as the Editor at Large for Vanity Fair. Mr. South has also served on a number of boards both public and private.

Scott Milsom
Mr. Milsom leads the development and construction effort for 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Milsom led the re-development of Industry City in Sunset Park Brooklyn, a 6-million square foot complex, for Jamestown, Angelo Gordon and Belvedere Capital. Previously, Mr. Milsom was Vice President of Development at Vornado Realty Trust.
